I am a licensed nail tech and esthetician located in the downtown Gastonia Area. Message me with any questions at 704-678-0914. Thank you! • Please do not bring any guests. • If you are 15 minutes late, the appt will be cancelled. • If you book a nail service, please send your nail inspo to the number provided above at least 2 days prior to your appt. • Please try not to have any caffeine before your lash appointment or any type of eye makeup on. • I charge a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel 48-24 hours before your appt. • If you cancel or no show the day of your appt, 100% cancellation fee of the service will be charged. • You are only allowed to reschedule your already booked appt 1 time and you will have to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to do so. It will go towards the service. You can not reschedule the night before or the day of. Must be done 48 hours (2 days) before your appt time. • There are no refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please tell me within 3 days of getting the service done so that I can fix whatever the issue may be! Thank you!
